A volunteer teaching First Aid

How you can help
You can help improve life for rural Africans by giving your time, making a cash donation or a non-monetary donation.

Cash donations can be a one time payment or a monthly (or quarterly) amount. For donations up to $50, see the $1 a day list of projects.

Your time

If you would like to donate your time, please contact us at info@connectswiss.com or click here if you want to volunteer in Kenya.

Non-monetary donations
The most useful posted donations are English books. We are able to use them in our education programmes. However, we don't encourage posting other supplies from overseas as there is a fairly large import duty on most items (books are exempt). Clothes are taxed nearly $3 per item and can be bought locally very cheaply. The same applies to most medicines and second-hand items, but these can be brought to Kenya by visitors. If you have items which you think would be useful to any of the projects, please contact info@connectswiss.com
